Labruzza - Meerman

Mr. & Mrs. Michael A. Labruzza of Gretna, LA announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Ann Labruzza, to Joseph William Meerman, Son of Mr. & Mrs. Richard J. Meerman of Harvey, LA. Michelle is studying Early Childhood Education at Southeastern Louisiana University. Joey graduated with honors from Southeastern Louisiana University and is employeed with ADM. The couple are high school sweethearts.  They enjoy spending time with family and friends.  They became engaged in Los Angeles, California while vacationing on June 2, 2011.  They plan to have a big wedding full of family and friends.  The ceremony will be held at St. Joseph Church in Gretna on October 12, 2013 and the reception will follow at the Four Columns in Harvey.

Lindsay Campbell and Greg DeBlieux, along with their parents, are excited to announce their engagement. The couple met in Austin, Texas after the bride to be moved to finish school, and  got engaged in August 2010 during a Pacific Northwest vacation.  The groom attended Texas State University, formerly Southwest Texas State, and graduated in 2006 with a degree in film direction. The bride to be is currently in her last year, also at Texas State University, pursuing a degree in painting. The wedding is planned for October 2012.

Ms. Allshouse is studying occupational therapy and plans to work with handicap children. Mr. Sassin graduated with a full scholarship from River Parishes Community College and is employeed with Dow Chemical. The couple enjoy days on the lake, camping, and spending time with family. They became engaged in Walt Disney World on March 5, 2011 and plan to have a small southern wedding in the Fall of 2012 at Oak Alley Plantation.
